Orders take up 1 to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive. Orders with standard shipping travel via our courier partners. Orders with express shipping take 1 to 3 days for your order to arrive.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be provided to you upon the shipment of your order.
This tracking number can only be used within our courier partners’ tracking systems, and Chong Pang Old Time Flavor Pte Ltd does not have a proprietary tracking system.
